Capcom has released details on the much anticipated Resident Evil 6, which includes a lengthy trailer. It will be released on November 20, 2012 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. A PC release will be soon later (but how soon has not been mentioned.)

The story picks up right where Resident Evil 5 left off, with Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield as the story's protagonists. This is the first time dual male leading protagonists have appeared in the Resident Evil series. 

During Comic-Con 2011 Capcom invited a select few individuals to a privet panel and one of those invited individuals manged to sneak out a picture of the Resident Evil 6 title which also has the date at the buttom 15.09.2011 which is the date of the Tokyo Game Show, but more rumors have now surfaced that not only confrim that Capcom is indeed developing Resident Evil 6 but also afew other interesting information.
